Store Pickup
You can order online with *no payment* to reserve stock and then pay when you pickup in store (unless a deposit to order item). Please wait for final confirmation email before coming to pickup.
This is usually done within 10-60min from your order being placed.
Stock is not guaranteed
until we have reserved stock for you under your order#

Orders are usually cancelled in around 7 days. This is sometimes less depending on the order. Please notify us if you wish to hold it longer or to cancel.

Delivery
We deliver all over Australia. Mostly by TNT Express Auswide (road and air), and Fastway/Allied Express for Sydney Metro. Also can use AAE and Auspost upon request.
Approximate costs only. You will be quoted exact costs after an online order is processed (through email update and online), *before* any commitment or payment is required.
Sydney Metro:
Courier Fastway (Sydney):$10 (+$8 for each box over 25kg (volumetric or dead weight).
Some distant Sydney suburbs served only next day delivery. Otherwise it should be same day delivery if sent in the morning (business
hours only). Usually next morning delivery if sent in the afternoon.
Someone needs to be at the delivery address during business hours to receive
& sign for the parcel. Otherwise special instructions may be included in the comments of your order
Allied Express (GUARANTEED SAME DAY): upon special request (can note in comments of order)
Guaranteed same day (although not guaranteed within business hours, it usually is, especially if organised in the early morning). Pricing becomes more expensive as distance increases from our store; though very competitive.
All other areas within Australia:
If you are just after a quote estimate you can email sales@ijk.com.au with the details and supply your suburb and postcode.
Otherwise, if you are wanting to go ahead with an order (provided freight costs are competitive; which they are!) *No* payment or commitment is required before we quote you the final delivery costs after ordering online. At this time we can only quote the final price during regular business hours.
International: No sorry we do not do international shipping at this time.
