Store Pickup

you are welcome to come in and purchase over the counter, however stock may not be available though due to priority allocations given to online orders.
You can order online with *no upfront payment required* to reserve stock and then pay when you pickup in store (unless a deposit is required to order item). Please wait for final confirmation email before coming to pickup. This is usually done within 10-60min from your order being placed.
Stock is not guaranteed until we have reserved stock for you under your order #

Please quote your Customer ID number or order number when you come to the store.

Orders are usually cancelled in after 7 days of stock reservation. This is sometimes less depending on the order. Please notify us if you wish to hold it longer or to cancel. For all enquiries please email SALES@IJK.COM.AU with your order number.

Delivery

We deliver all over Australia. Mostly by GoLogistics, Courier Please, Fastway and Australia Post.

You will be quoted exact costs after an online order is processed (through email update and online), *before* any commitment or payment is required.

Freight insurance limited to cover of $1100 if purchased.

Sydney Metro (approximate costs only):

GoLogistics, Courier Please or Fastway (Sydney):  From $14 for 1 box up to 25kg (vol/dead weight).
----note: we will quote optimal freight charge based on your order amongst the courier services we use.

Someone needs to be at the delivery address during business hours to receive & sign for the parcel. Otherwise special instructions may be included in the comments of your order. Note contactless delivery during covid times.

Same Day shipping available: on special request (please note in comments of order)
Guaranteed same day (although not always guaranteed within business hours, it usually is, especially if organised in the early morning).  Pricing becomes more expensive as distance increases from our store; though very competitive.

Otherwise, if you are wanting to go ahead with an order (provided freight costs are competitive; which they are!) *No* payment or commitment is required before we quote you the final delivery costs after ordering online. At this time we can only quote the final price during regular business hours.

International: No, we do not do international shipping at this time.
