Answers:

1.Online ordering

  1. Can I just come to the store without ordering online first?
    You can but there are a few things you need to realise. Firstly, stock won't be guaranteed. Secondly, it will be quicker and easier for you and us when you come to the store to pay for the order.
  2. Is payment required to order online?
    No. Payment is either done in store or if for delivery, after we have processed the order and confirmed stock and delivery charges.
  3. How do stock levels work?
    Stock is part manually updated and part automatic based on the online ordering system. In most cases the stock level will be correct. If you wish to order the product but need to know stock levels first you can just order online and we will email you back usually within 30min to verify stock. *No payment* will be required until you decide you actually want to go ahead and so you can cancel the order after you receive our update. Please (unless time critical) do not phone us for stock verification we try to keep our operation here efficient as possible for the benefit of all customers, thanks.

  7. How do I drop ship orders to my customers (i.e don't have the invoice included with delivery)?
    You would either change an existing address under your account or when creating a new address during the checkout select the address as a "Drop Ship address".
    If you have already placed the order then you can just reply to the orders email you recieved to request changing the order to a drop ship.
  8. How do I change anything to do with my order?
    Please email SALES@IJK.COM.AU or just reply to any of the emails you have recieved on your order.
  9. What about guaranteed same day delivery service?

  2. How do the Partners work for warranty?
    Products bought through each branch must have them returned to that particular branch only for warranty purposes.

3.Partners

  1. How are the partners related?
    The new partners use our website and give you the ability to pickup products that we sell from their location. However we (the Enfield store) are connected to them only by website and operate independently. If you order through them then all before and after sale enquiries must be made through them.
  2. How do I order for pickup from your other partners?
    You will just need to click on the link of the branch that you want to order from. There you will need to signup a new account and place an order on their website. They will contact you regarding the order.
  3. How does stock levels and pricing work with partners?
    Prices may vary between Partner stores. The best price should always be at the Enfield store. At this time stock is indicative of the Enfield branch only. After you order from the other branch the Enfield branch will likely need to ship the product to them which may take a day or 2 (if we have stock).
